Android Users Only: Mobile Banking App Disruption


As of February 13, 2026 the Google app is restored for Android users. We apologize to our customers for the delay resolving this issue. 

The bank worked with our third-party app provider, which worked with Google to restore the app. 


The bank has received feedback from several customers that Android users are having difficulty logging into our mobile banking app. The bank is aware of this issue and working with our mobile banking app provider to resolve this issue for Android users as soon as possible.
 
If you have an Android phone and are trying to download or log into Community’s mobile banking app, please log into your online banking account by visiting the bank’s website, https://www.communitysavingsbank.bank/, until this issue is resolved.
