This April, Community will host two home buying seminars for customers and noncustomers to learn more about buying and owning a home.
The first seminar will be presented in English on Saturday, April 18, 2026 (learn more here) and the second will be in hosted in Spanish on Saturday, April 25, 2026 (aprende más aquí).
Our featured speakers have experience in budgeting, mortgage lending, real estate sales, and contractual aspects of buying a home. Topics will include how to find and buy a home, apply for a mortgage, repair credit, and qualify for special down payment programs.
