The bank celebrated Krystyna Wawrzyniak’s 25th anniversary at the bank on Friday, August 29, 2025 with a cake and well wishes from her fellow employees. Her anniversary at Community was the previous day, Thursday, August 28, 2025. Krystyna is the newest member of the bank’s employees who have worked at the Community for 25 years or more.
Krystyna started her career with Community in 2000. She learned about the position at the bank from her father, who was a customer, and gave her an application. She applied, was interviewed, and hired as a teller. After gaining some experience, Krystyna was promoted to night supervisor at the drive-thru facility and also worked as a floater at the main office.
Today, Krystyna is an integral part of the bank’s Operations Department. She works on many large transaction reports and is also involved in handling dormant accounts.
“My favorite part about being an employee here is the sense of teamwork that we all have,” Krystyna said. “Everyone is always willing to lead a hand, share knowledge, and celebrate each other’s successes, which creates a really supportive environment. Working in such environment pushes me to grow—I’m constantly learning from others skills and perspectives.”
“Krystyna is a valued employee,” said Dane H. Cleven, president, chairman, and CEO of the bank. “We appreciate her dedication over the past 25 years.”
The bank is grateful for Krystyna’s years of service at Community and looks forward to many more to come.
