Kathy Gluchowski Celebrates 25 Years

Community celebrated Kathy Gluchowski’s 25th anniversary at the bank on March 6, 2026. She is another new member of the large group of employees who have worked at the bank for 25 years or more. Her anniversary was celebrated on Friday, March 6th with a cake and well wishes from her fellow employees.

Kathy started her career with Community in 2001. She began her role at the bank for the career stability and opportunities. She applied for an open teller position and was quickly hired. Over the years, Ms. Gluchowski has taken on additional responsibilities such as ATM balancing in addition to supervisor and supporting assistant head teller roles.

Today, Kathy is responsible for accurately processing daily teller transactions while still providing quality customer service when called upon.

Throughout the years working here, Kathy has come to value helping customers, the staff, and teamwork.

“Kathy has always been a valued employee. We appreciate her dedication over the past 25 years,” said Dane H. Cleven, president and chairman of the bank.
