Ela Augustyn celebrated her 25th anniversary at Community Savings Bank on April 27, 2026. She is another new member of the large group of employees who has worked at the bank for 25 years or more. Her anniversary was celebrated on Tuesday, April 28th with cake and well wishes from her co-workers.
Ela started her career with Community in 2001. She was actually a customer of the bank while she worked at a local deli. She asked for an application one day and was hired as a teller.
Today, Ela serves as a teller supervisor and performs a variety of duties at the bank. She plays a key role in many of Community’s reporting functions, including CDs, savings rate analysis, accounts and interest calendar exceptions. Ela also provides support for trust, estate and power of attorney accounts.
Ela said one of the main reasons she has stayed for 25 years is the friendly work environment created by her fellow bank employees.
“Ela is a valued employee at Community. We appreciate her dedication to our customers over the past 25 years,” said Dane H. Cleven, president and chairman of the bank.
