Anthony Schoenleber Wins CCA Spotlight Award

Anthony Schoenleber, Community’s Compliance and CRA Officer, was awarded the Chicagoland Compliance Association’s (CCA) Spotlight Award for his exemplary work in the field.

Anthony received the Spotlight Award—the “Oscars of Compliance”—at CCA’s Annual Conference in Oak Brook, Ill. on Friday, October 30, 2026.

“We are very proud of Anthony and believe this award is well-deserved,” said Dane Cleven, President, Chairman, and CEO of Community Savings Bank. “We are happy to see his good work recognized outside of the bank.”

CCA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bettering the “the study, analysis, discussion, and understanding” of various banking regulations at the federal and state level (Chicagoland Compliance Association). Anthony was selected as the award recipient by the CCA this year because of his tenure in the field of compliance, along with his advancement of CCA’s mission.

Anthony is known at the bank and in the field for his commitment to regulatory compliance, his ability to interpret regulations, and his ability to apply them rigorously at the bank and in our policies.

Art Neville, Community’s Chief Lending Officer, added, “Anthony is tenacious in his efforts to meet regulatory expectations and requirements. We appreciate that the Chicagoland Compliance Association recognizes Anthony as we do at the bank.”
