Community’s Total Service Card* is more than just an ordinary ATM card. It offers Surcharge-FREE ATM usage at over 135,000 locations thanks to Community’s strategic alliances with the Allpoint®, MoneyPass® and STAR® ATM networks.

It also offers these advantages:

  • 24-hour banking at Allpoint®, MoneyPass®, STAR® & Plus® ATM machines
  • Deposits can be made at select STAR® and MoneyPass® ATMs
  • Immediate access to NOW Checking account direct deposits
  • Surcharge-free usage at many retailers across the country

Notification of Use of ATM and/or Debit Cards out of Country

If you are planning to use your ATM and/or Debit card with any foreign merchants please contact our Accounting department at (773) 685-5300 during regular business hours in order to request a temporary exemption to complete these transactions.

Beginning on October 1, 2018, if your ATM/Mastercard Debit card has been identified as having possible fraudulent activity, you will have the ability to receive debit card fraud alerts by text.

To enroll you will receive an enrollment text message from Community Savings Bank. The text message will ask you to opt-in for the debit card alerts. Once enrolled, you will start getting notifications informing you of potentially suspicious transactions and you will have the ability to confirm whether the transaction is valid. If no response to the fraud alert text is received, the fraud specialist will contact you by phone.

Community Savings will never text or call you requesting your personal information, including card numbers, passwords or PIN. If you receive a suspicious text or phone call asking for your confidential information -do not respond. If you have any questions please contact our Accounting department at (773) 685-5300.
