COVID-19: Updated Message to our customers

Effective August 2, 2021: The Cook County Department of Public Health is recommending that everyone over 2 years old wear masks in public indoor settings regardless of vaccination status. Therefore, Community will be requiring the wearing of masks for all individuals who come into the Main Office, the Walk-Up Express Lobby, and the Drive Through Facility Lobby.

The Drive Through Facility Lobby is reserved for senior citizens and others who are vulnerable to the effects of the Coronavirus/COVID-19, between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., until further notice.

Currently, there is a maximum occupancy of three customers per desk. This is for the health and safety of yourself and our staff.

All individuals who come into the Main Office, the Walk Up Express Lobby, and the Drive Through Facility Lobby, will be required to wear a face covering, consistent with the Governor's order, until further notice.

All individuals will need to maintain a six-foot distance from others, to the degree possible, when in a bank facility. Please maintain the six-foot separation, and observe the social distance markings on the floor. Hand sanitizer is available throughout our facility.

Community Savings Bank will continue to follow recommended guidelines as the health and welfare of our customers and employees is paramount to this organization.

Additional ways customers can conduct their transactions that involve less personal contact with our staff include:

  • On-line banking through Community's web site: https://www.communitysavingsbank.bank. Enrollment is required. If you aren't already enrolled in on-line banking you can enroll on line by clicking "Enroll"or selecting the enroll link on our home page within the online banking login section.
  • Mobile banking on your smart phone or tablet with Community's mobile banking app. On-line banking access is required to use the app, and the app needs to be downloaded from your app store.
  • Telephone banking through Community's Total Service Connection, at 773-685-3947. Pre-authorization is required.
  • Service Charge Free ATM networks: Community customers can use their Total Service and Total Service Card Plus ATM cards to withdraw funds surcharge free from Allpoint® and MoneyPass® ATMs. Visit our web site to find a location near you.
  • Utilizing Community’s Drive Through teller windows and Community’s Walk Up- Express Lobby teller facilities.

Use caution with emails! Be aware that email phishing attacks are being sent fraudulently to prey on fears customers have regarding Coronavirus. Often these emails appear to be from legitimate organizations, often claiming to provide information on the virus. Do not click on any links from any suspicious or unexpected emails you receive. Doing so could download malicious software onto your device and might allow these criminals to take over your computer, log keystrokes, or even access personal or financial data which could lead to identity theft.
