COVID-19 Updates

COVID-19: Updated Message to our customers

Beginning Monday June 1 2020, the Main Office, Walk Up Express Lobby, and the Drive Through Facility Lobby will resume back to regular business hours.

The Drive Through Facility Lobby is reserved for senior citizens and others who are vulnerable to the effects of the Coronavirus/COVID-19, between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., until further notice.

Although our Main Bank Lobby is open during regular business hours we are requesting that customers limit their visits and contact with bank staff to only those instances when required to conduct necessary business.

Starting June 15th we will begin to accept loose coin in the Main Lobby for exchange.

As of May 1st all individuals who come into the Main Office, the Walk Up Express Lobby, and the Drive Through Facility Lobby, will be required to wear a face covering, consistent with the Governor's order, until further notice.

All individuals will need to maintain a six-foot distance from others, to the degree possible, when in a bank facility. Please maintain the six-foot separation, and observe the social distance markings on the floor. This may require some individuals to wait outside. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is necessary to comply with The Governor’s order.

Community Savings Bank is following recommended guidelines during this period of heightened concern as the nation and world work to control the spread of the COVID-19/ Coronavirus. The health and welfare of our customers and employees is paramount to this organization. Through reports from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and other governmental agencies, Community Savings Bank continues to closely monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

At the present time Community’s two offices, the Main Office and the Drive Through facility, will be open during regularly scheduled banking hours. Please continue to check our website for the most up-to-date information regarding any changes to Community’s hours and services.

“Social Distancing” is one of the recommended methods to fight the spread of the virus. Therefore, all teller transactions should be conducted at the bank’s Drive Through windows, or at the Walk Up / Express Lobbies located at the Main Office and the Drive Through Facility.

We request our customers to limit their visits to the Main Lobby and limit contact with bank staff to only those instances when required to conduct necessary business. This is for the safety of our customers and our staff.

We have continued to increase the cleaning and disinfecting of public surfaces with products that are proven to kill Coronavirus. Hand sanitizer is available for customer use. In addition, employees have received recommended prevention guidelines provided by the CDC.
